It is our goal to manufacture reliable products based on the highest quality and technology.
In 1931, Ishida Valve Mfg. Co.,Ltd. was established to start domestic production of industrial valves, which were mostly imported at that time. In 1935, the Company started manufacturing valves for petroleum refining for the first time in Japan under the guidance of the U.S. company, The Badger Co., Inc. Since then, it has developed and manufactured various valves such as standard low pressure valves, high temperature and high pressure valves, electric and pneumatic motor operated valves, and air-cylinder operated valves.
The Company is now satisfying the wide requirements of the process industries. We believe we have a particular duty to manufacture, in parallel with the development of all above mentioned industries, highly reliable valves that insure high quality and safety, and are carrying out strict quality control under an established production system.
The Company supplies dependable products using the highest standards and inspection techniques in all processes.

CARBON STEEL VALVES

The valves produced by Ishida Valve Industries are essential equipment for energy, chemical, and power generation plants, and even the slightest abnormality can affect the entire plant.
Ishida Valve Industries places the utmost importance on "reliability" and "durability."
During the production process, each product is carefully inspected at each step in order to always deliver the best products.

The carbon steel valves that we mainly handle are useful for high temperature and high pressure applications.
The main types are gate valves, globe valves, and swing check valves as shown below.

CARBON STEEL VALVES

A valve in which the valve body vertically partitions the fluid flow path to open and close it, so that the fluid flow is in a straight line.
Main usage: Shutoff stop valve
A valve that generally has a spherical baalve body,with the center line of the inlet and the center line of the outlet being in a straight line, creating an S-shaped flow of fluid.
Main usage: To adjust flow rate. 
It may also be used as a stop valve or ina cases where the operation frequency is high.
A valve whose valve body is actuated by back pressure of fluid to prevent backflow.
Our company mainly handles swing check valves.
Main usage: To prevent backfow

TWIN PACK VALVES

As for Twin Pack VALVES

The new stuffing box type valve "Twin Pack Valve" proposed by Ishida Valve Industry is a product that solves the problems of conventional stuffing box type valves.

The two main factors for the longevity of a valve are that there is no seat leakage, and there is no fluid leakage from the gland to the outside. Particularly recently, due to rapid advances in science and technology and the resulting pollution problems, prevention of leakage from glands has become a focus of attention.
Conventional methods for preventing leaks from the gland include inserting a lantern into the stuffing box and sealing it with water, oil, or air, but each method has various restrictions on its use. Also, although bellows valves have no leakage, there are various restrictions in using bellows.
The "Twin Pack" is a leak-free valve that solves all of these problems at once.
